Tami Christopher
Having enjoyed her 35 years in the beauty industry, Tami Christopher looks forward to welcoming new and continuing clients at Salon Lá Shae. She graduated from Marinelo’s Beauty School in California, becoming a licensed manicurist specializing in pink and white acrylic nails and pedicures. Following graduation, Tami worked at The New Image in Ontario, CA, followed by APLAAZ Aveda Concepts Salon.
After moving to Las Vegas, Tami worked at Euphoria and other local salons. In addition to her work as a manicurist, Tami is also skilled with front desk operations. In her spare time, Tami enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and hosting parties for family and friends.
As Tami shares, “I truly love being around people and look forward to welcoming clients, former and new, to my new Salon Lá Shae.
Sue Bento
With 45 years in the beauty industry, Sue Bento is ideally suited to give you the hair of your dreams. Having graduated from beauty school, within a year she earned a further certificate from Vidal Sassoon for cutting. After working in family-owned salons, Sue then opened her own very successful salon which she ran for 8 years. She has been a Goldwell colorist for 35 years and further enhanced her cutting skills by working with renowned educator Roy Solis at Redken. She continues to take classes, as she is always looking for the latest information, products and coloring techniques to enhance her craft and provide her clients with a superior outcome.
Sue really enjoyed working at Imperial Palace doing hair and makeup for “Legends In Concert.” She also worked on a TV show, “Most Beautiful Girls in the World,” doing hair and makeup, and the contestant on which she worked came in second place. In addition to doing hair and makeup for wedding parties, Sue has been extremely gratified by her work with “Look Good Feel Good,” a Las Vegas organization which works with cancer patients.
As Sue says, “I really love what I do, working with my clients. My creativity comes through when our one-on-one conversations inspire something which my clients love.”
In her spare time, Sue enjoys travel, dance, and listening to soft jazz and old school R&B. Her greatest love, however, is spending time with her family, especially her two children, Tami and Anthony. Stop by Salon Lá Shae and say “hi” to Sue today.
Taylor Beno
As the third-generation stylist at Salon Lá Shae, Taylor Beno is uniquely skilled to fulfill your needs. Taylor shares that “My mom and grandmother were in the beauty industry, and ever since I can remember, I was interested in being a hairdresser.” That dream came true, as upon graduating from high school, Tayor attended the Academy of Hair Design in Las Vegas, graduating from in 2017.
Taylor is Bellami-certified for extensions and is a balayage specialist. Prior to Salon Lá Shae, she worked at Evelyn Kershaw Salon as an assistant, followed by working as a full-time stylist at Capelli Salon. She is also invested in continuing education in hair design and color, to ensure she brings her clients the most current and widest range of services possible. Taylor has cultivated a loyal clientele and is thrilled to be introducing both old and new clients to the new Salon Lá Shae.
When not enjoying her work at Salon Lá Shae, Taylor can be found spending time with family and friends, off-roading, camping in the mountains and at the beach, and listening to country music. She looks forward to seeing you soon at Salon Lá Shae.
